A Curing oven working principle:
With finned type heat sink and stainless steel heating tube as heat source, by meaning of blower to convection of air heating assembly to heating air, heat transfer through hot air and material, while air passing through inlet replenished constantly, wet air exhaust the oven, to make furnace temperature rising gradually and also preheated mold gradually.
B Preparation before stating the machine:
① Operator must be familiar with curing oven structural performance, work principle, adjustment methods, methods of operation and maintenance knowledge.
② Inspection equipment condition and cleanning situation.
③ Check the electrical system is perfect, whether the motor is moisture or leakage.
C Curing process furnace operation processes:
① Firstly, trolleys and oven interior clean.
② Open power source device switch by turnning device “Power Switch” button (twist key to right).
③ Open the door, put the mold and material on trolley and push into oven, then close the door.
④ Set oven temperature, and turn on oven button of “fan” and “warming”.
⑤ Achieve curing time and open the door, push launch car out of oven door, then take out the material after curing.
⑥ In the end of the work, shut down “warming” and “Fan” button, make sure that heating system, blower system stop working.
⑦ Finally close “power switch” switch, close the main valve, open the furnace door, then remove the dried material, work program end.
D Curing oven handling precautions:
① Ovens installation site should be flat and smooth.
② Electrical control personnel with professional management and maintenance; when the cabinet do not use, should cut off the power supply to ensure safety.
③ Do not place flammable objects into the oven, in order to avoid accidents.
Industrial electric furnace power distribution and heating time requirements:
A Resistance furnace installed power distribution
① Box furnace: door installed with 1/3-1/4 power;
② Pit type furnace: L/D = zone number (L: height, D: diameter)
③ Continuous furnace: power distribution determined by technology curve, but also increase the power at the furnace mouth;
④ Furnace temperature and power distribution:
a. 1200 ℃: 15-20Kw/m2;
b. 1000 ℃: 10–15 Kw/m2;
c. 700 ℃: 6–10 Kw/m2;
d. 400 ℃: 4–7 Kw/m2.
B Industrial furnace heating time requirements:
① Use the refractory furnace lining:
a. Small furnace: 1.5-2 hours;
b. Medium furnace: 2-3 hours.
② By using of fiber furnace lining:
a. Small furnace: 1-2 hours;
b. Medium furnace: 1.5-2 hours;
c. Continuous furnace: heating rate (Max.) 50 ℃/hour.

① Check the reliability of over-temperature protection against accident caused by over-temperature failure;
② Check if the control box electrical components, wire lugs loose and without aging, fever phenomenon, if have, please handle it in time;
③ Check whether the door-protect switch is good;
④ Check blower motor performance;
⑤ Check if the grounding line is off, to prevent leakage;
⑥ Check oven heating effect and current changes;
⑦ Checking the furnace temperature and the temperature control system is reliable;
C Curing oven maintenance considerations:
① When clean, please power off the main power to prevent electric shock;
② When equipment maintenance by personnel, any person can not switch on or operate any operation associated with the device without maintenance
③ Cleaning roof vents for ventilation and cooling;
④ Routine maintenance and periodic maintenance procedures performed in maintenance procedures;
⑤ Equipment and regular maintenance routine maintenance is performed periodically by device routine maintenance schedules for various equipment,
regular maintenance tables.
