Heating equipment (burner) release heat, water wall was first absorbed by radiation heat transfer, water in water wall boiling to produce a large amount of steam then into the drum to separate steam and water (except DC furnace), separated saturated steam enter into superheater, by radiation, and convection methods, continue to absorb the flue gas heat at top level of furnace, at end of flue channel, and make the superheated steam to achieve desired operating temperature.
