Performance characteristics of Walking beam sintering furnace:

1, Whole system composed by: close to material segment (Chain transmission+Roll line and the electric putter), preheating segment (Stepping beam drive), sintering segment (stepping beam drive), cooling segment (Mesh belt transmission), discharging segment (Chain drive), external material discharging (mesh belt drive), and water, air pipe system, electrical control system etc..

2, Preheating section heating element: resistance band, sintering stage heating element: molybdenum wire + isolation transformer, sintering stage designed maximum temperature of 1600℃.

3, Pusher transfer, furnace door opening and closing action, pumping, scavenging and other electric control actions are all controlled through PLC programmable controller. The horizontal transmission material boat controlled by frequency converter, and there are installed troke control switches in various transmission station on material boat. Temperature control system adopts imported intelligent program temperature control instrument, temperature sensor on preheating section by K type thermocouple, temperature sensor using tungsten rhenium thermocouple on sintering stage. The whole temperature control to realize closed loop control, which has a high precision temperature controlling.
